with the STANLEY® Guard Personal Safety App
Occasionally, employees may find themselves alone or in otherwise potentially vulnerable situations. With the STANLEY Guard Personal Safety app, anyone at your location can carry your whole security team in their pocket. Whether they're working alone in a potentially hazardous environment, walking to their car after a long day at the office, or meeting a friend in a secluded area, they can activate an alert manually with simple, familiar actions– like swiping a button or shaking their phone– or utilize automatic features– like scheduling meetings.
Simply put, the STANLEY Guard Personal Safety app offers versatile safety features for anyone, anywhere across your location. STANLEY Guard quickly and conveniently provides everyone in your facility safety and peace of mind in any situation. Register for an upcoming online demo.
Whenever a staff member feels unsafe, they can alert your security authorities by simply shaking their phone or pushing a button. Their phone can also be used as an alarm device, causing it to emit loud noises and strobe lighting. This easy operation, coupled with visibility and confidence in an appropriate Security Response, means your employees gain peace of mind knowing that your security personnel are always within reach.
Lone Worker Safety
If your employees operate alone or in dangerous environments, the Personal Safety app provides a direct line to security assistance if the need ever arises. Once again, STANLEY Guard provides your employees with a direct line to security response in any situation in which they find themselves.
This functionality enables users to automatically alert your security authorities if they unexpectedly deviate from their predetermined schedule and do not switch off a timed alert. As with any other alert from the Personal Safety app, video and audio evidence is transmitted to the Command Center dashboard without requiring internal storage space on the user's device. The last known location of the phone is also transmitted to the Command Center dashboard even if the phone is broken, turned off, or otherwise out of service.
Upon activation, if there is no movement from the user's device, or their device detects another dangerous situation– such as a free fall motion or an impact situation such as a car crash– the Command Center dashboard will be alerted to respond appropriately.
- A duress code can be entered in emergency situations. The app will appear to close, but will actually send a discrete alert to the Command Center dashboard.
- Users can control how alerts are activated based on their preference. For example, they can choose to shake the phone or swipe a button. They can also choose to enable their phones to emit loud alarm tones with strobe lighting to draw attention.
Emergency Contact List
- Employees can add emergency contact lists in the app. If they send an alert while off-site, their emergency contact list will be notified.
